About The Event

INCHE 2020 is uniquely designed to bring all the leading academic scientists, researchers and research scholars, Professionals, Engineers and Consultants world-wide working in the field of Environment and health care to one platform to interact and participate in the deliberations. Participating to this conference represents a way of inter-personal and inter-institutional communication based on research themes specific to the technological developments in the field of health care and environment and the connection domains. The focus will be on the important role of Biotechnology which is a premier interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted to address the Environmental Degradation and health care.

This conference provides opportunities for the different areas delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. The Conference aims at providing a professional platform for informed deliberations and objectives to exchange their knowledge on various aspects of current environment programme, in global and Indian context. We hope that the conference results constituted significant contribution to the knowledge in these up to date scientific field. About the Organization

The College was established in 1998 and named after the son of soil, Bharat Ratna Sri. K. Kamaraj. Kamaraj College of Engineering and Technology, K. Vellakulam, Madurai Dist., has been serving as a beacon light in the backward area of Madurai and Virudhunagar District. The Institute emphasizes Total Quality Education through Teaching, Learning and Research in different disciplines of Engineering and Technology. Our college has been accredited by NAAC with " A " Certificate. Departments such as Biotechnology, Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering are accredited by NBA, New Delhi. The college offers 10 under graduation courses and 5 post graduation courses to the students. More than 14 value added courses are provided to all the students based on their interest.are conducted for the interaction between alumni and current students.

GLIMPSES ABOUT THE CITY OF MADURAI

(Temple city of Tamilnadu, INDIA)

Madurai is the second largest city in Tamil Nadu, India. It is located in the southern part of the country. If you are looking for a spot where you can enjoy a land of culture, attraction and fun; Madurai is the right spot. This city was constructed in 500 AD and still populated. It is one of the oldest populated cities in the country.

You can find a lot of tourists visiting this city for its architectural beauty, natural elements and a lot of other attractions. In addition, the temple city of Tamilnadu, Madurai an energetic, ancient city on the Vaigai River is dominated by the 14 colourful gopurams (gateway towers) of Meenakshi Amman Temple provides a memorable treat. Covered in bright carvings of Hindu gods, the Dravidian-style temple is a major cultural heritage to visit.

As usual, INCHE-2020 packages some cultural content too in the form of a grand cultural evening.

Call for Abstracts


INCHE 2020 offers opportunity to present your original research work as Oral presentations or Poster presentations. Kindly make sure that the submitted abstract falls under the themes of this edition of the symposium.


GUIDELINES


  1. Submit an abstract that falls within the themes of the symposium. The abstract should be sent to inche2020@kamarajengg.edu.in with the subject line INCHE 2020: Abstract - (author's name).
    • The abstract should adhere to the following:

    • Abstract should not exceed 300 words (NOT including title, authors and affiliation).
    • It should NOT include any tables, images, pictures or references.
    • Please use the font Arial (12 size) and single spacing.
    • Authors: Include author's name(s) (first name, middle initial, surname), affiliation, city and country and email address of the corresponding author.
    • Identify the presenting author by underlining his/her name.
    • The file should be send as a *.ODT / *.DOC file suitable for processing with LibreOffice Writer / Microsoft Word.
  2. Abstract should be received on or before February 20, 2020. Acceptance of the abstract will be communicated to the presenting authors on or before February 25, 2020 by email only.
  3. The scientific committee will examine and select abstracts for oral/ poster presentations respectively.
  4. Abstracts selected for oral presentations: The presenting author will be given 5 min to present their work.
    • Save your file with your name (e.g. Rajesh.ppt, Rajesh.pptx) and submit the slides at the registration desk on March 6th, 2020.
    • Max number of slides: 10 slides
    • Do not include large raw data sets as such in slides.
    • Simplicity is the Key. Kindly keep to the point, and don't try to cover too many things. Present only enough data to support your conclusions. On the other hand, make sure that you present significant data to support your conclusions.
    • The certificate for oral presentation will be issued in the name of the presenting author.
  5. Abstracts selected for poster presentation: The guideline for the poster presentation
    • Poster size has to be A0 Portrait (33.10in x 46.8in).
    • The posters should be printed in a single sheet and it should have good printing quality.
    • Poster should have a title, should include the name(s) of the author(s) and affiliation(s). It should also include the email address of the corresponding author.
    • The main body of the poster can include sections such as introduction, materials and methods, experimental procedures, results, discussion and conclusion. The use of diagrams is encouraged especially if it reduces the text.
    • The title should be Arial / 80pt / Bold with the names of the authors and affiliations in Arial / 48pt / Bold-Italic. The subheadings should be bold with 48pt character size and all text including figure legends in 28pt character size.
    • The authors are required to mount their poster on the specified date and keep it displayed till the end of the day.
    • If the allotted poster is not displayed or the author is not present at the stipulated time, no certificate of poster presentation will be issued.
    • Simplicity is the Key. Kindly keep to the point, and don't try to cover too many things. Present only enough data to support your conclusions. On the other hand, make sure that you present significant data to support your conclusions.
    • The certificate for poster presentation will be issued in the name of the presenting author.sss
