Our college has been accepted as an CISCO Networking Academy to Excel students in the area of networking. Networking Academy helps individuals to prepare for industry-recognized certifications and entry-level information and communication technology (ICT) careers in virtually every type of industry. Students develop foundational skills in ICT while acquiring vital 21st-century career skills in problem solving, collaboration, and critical thinking.

Networking Academy helps students gain the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to help meet the growing demand for networking professionals.

The Departrment of Computer Science and Engineering conducts CCNA (Cisco certified Network Associate) certification courses for our students. CCNA Certificate validates their ability to install, configure, operate and troubleshoot medium size route and switched networks. CCNA Curriculum includes basic mitigation of security threats, and wireless networking concepts. It is a performance based examination. It also includes use of protocols, IP, EIGRP RIPV2, VLANS, Ethernet, ACL.

Four of our Faculty have undergone fifteen days CCNA Routing And Switching (Module 1 & 2) Instructor training program at AMRITA VISHWA VIDYAPEETHAM (CISCO Networking Academy Supporting Center), Coimbatore . As a part of the CISCO Networking Academy, we are providing Certification program for students on CISCO Certified Networking Associate(CCNA).
