Training Development and Placement Cell helps students to upskill their skills to meet the industrial expectations and thereby making them job ready once they graduate from the Institution. The upskilling starts from day one the student enters the college.

Training is provided to improve the Linguistic ability, Thinking ability, Programming and Technical ability of the Student. One other part that is touched upon is attitude. Inputs are given right from the first year towards self-exploration, Self-motivation, Commitment, Pro-activeness, Confidence, so on and so forth.
Interactions with companies do happen every day and Industry people do visit our campus regularly to throw light on the recent advancements in the industry, helping us to orient ourselves towards industry expectations and to align skill building accordingly.
Students are trained on the industry expectations like Python, Data Analytics, Cyber security, Cloud Computing, Mobile App development, Full Stack Development, GMP & GLP, Revit Architecture, Rapid Prototyping, PCB fabrication, IoT, LabVIEW, PLC, SCADA, Computer Aided Drug Designing and Automation.
Certifications like Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA), Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer (CLAD) are very much encouraged.
Periodical assessments are conducted to measure the level of the students and to bring about betterment. To inculcate the habit of Self Learning Students are trained to learn through online platforms like NPTEL, Edx, Udemy, Coursera, etc.
To improve the presentability of our students during interview, Mock interviews are conducted through prominent Industrial Persons. To provide the student with an insight of the advancements happening in Industries - Industrial projects, Industrial visits, in-plant training and internships are arranged.
Students do participate in the contests conducted by various companies to up skill themselves to the expectations of the companies.
