ABOUT KAMARAJ - SMC PNEUMATICS CENTRE FOR EXCELLENCE

KAMARAJ - SMC Pneumatics Center for excellence at KAMARAJ college of Engineering and Technology was established in the year 2016 to promote educational and research activities in the field of robotics and automation.This center bridges the gap between industries and institution with a distinctive capability to harness the intellectual energy of academia to impact Indian industries. It is established as interdisciplinary center for Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering,Electrical & Electronics Engineering,and Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering of KAMARAJ college of Engineering and Technology in response to the rapidly growing interest of Indian industries in robotics and automation in recent years. This center offers training programs which comprises of both theory and hands-on practical with all range of pneumatic trainer kits. These effective learning methods help the participants to acquire the required set of technical competencies. Customized training programs and workshops are also conducted through this center in the field of advanced pneumatics and electro - pneumatics.
